Oof! Heating things up tonight with a cod thai red curry. I am obsessed with thai food, and my freezer is filled to the brim with kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal so I can knock something up whenever I want/need (I always NEED thai food) 🙋‍♀️

So. Many. Dumplings🥟🥟🥟🥟🥟 Gyoza pleats defeated me, but still pretty happy with these babies considering it was a first try!!! Filled with chicken, mushroom and spring onion... super tasty and easy to cook (but mad respect for people who make these all day, this lot took me forever!)

How about them apples! 🍏🍏 got into cake making recently... please pray for my waist line during these times. Super moist sponge with a bad ass caramel apple layer on top 🤰🎂

One of my absolute faves, Lemon Chicken Thighs and Rice 🍗❤ After marinating chicken thighs and searing them, their yummy chicken juice flavours the rice so much that the rice becomes the star of the dish 🤩

This slow roasted lamb was the tits, 3 hours in an oven will just make meat taste better eh! It just fell of the bone... delicious! Moroccan inspired, the meaty juices braised the veg, and it's all covered with a pomegranate gravy 🤤🤤🤤 suprisingly easy to make, recipe coming soon on the blog. Link in the bio, come say hey 🙋‍♀️

Lamb Rogan Jonny (ok, you got me, Lamb Rogan Josh), for a special birthday curry 🎉🍻. This is spicy af, but more of an excuse to sink a few lagers with dinner (if you needed anymore excuses... it's all getting pretty trivial at this point).
